No, its not. As long as we don't talk you into using our codes in a illegal way we don't violate any law. A good example is the swiss magazine "Beobachter". They released a full and detailed tutorial on how to enter the "Darknet". They also wrote, what you can buy from the darknet, that there are no digital fingerprints and so on. But since they didn't directly write that the reader should do it, they weren't hurting the law.
